About the author
Elizabeth B. Farnsworth, PhD, LPC, LMFT, earned her doctoral degree from Virginia Tech and is a counselor education faculty member at Lynchburg College in Virginia. She is also a Licensed Professional Counselor and Marriage and Family Counselor in private practice in Central Virginia.
